Aurora Hudson Beeks

Aurora is a senior studying Linguistics, Global Political Economy, and East Asian Culture. She is from Seattle, Washington, and recently spent a year abroad in South Korea studying International Relations through the exchange program at Seoul National University.  Aurora enjoys the community-based atmosphere that the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences offers, as well as the strong Linguistic research and faculty achievements. She chose to be an Ambassador to welcome prospective students and promote the fun experience she hopes everyone in the college will experience. In her spare time, Aurora enjoys cooking, language learning, and travel planning. As a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher, Aurora is hoping to go into language education or a highly communicative field in the future.
